Compared to other Samsung Models The primary differences between Samsung’s LNT4061F and the LNT4065F LCD HDTV is in the contrast ratio and video processing power. The pricier LNT4065F offers a 15,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio compared to this model’s 10,000:1 ratio, and also offers full 10bit video processing over this model’s 8 bit system. The more expensive model should display finer gradients of shading making for more detail in darker scenes. Great TV, so long as it lasts.
I purchased this unit, the LNT4061F around July 2007, and was instantly amazed at the picture quality.

problem, but samsung came thru
i purchased this tv from amazon march 18 2008. it was great untill the warranty ran out 12 months later. now it takes about 10 min. to come on and every day is a little slower.

Burn-in Equals Frustrated Customer
I purchased a Samsung LNT 4061F last March 2008. I loved it at first, but recently noticed faint glimpes of ‘burn-in’.

Great TV
I actually own the 46″ version of this model and have owned it for over 1 1/2 years. No problems, great picture.

Died after 6 months
6 months of good use, then the unit’s picture disapeared, but still had sound. Customer service has been great, but still we have been without a tv for 3-1/2 weeks now awaiting…
